Each successful call to POST /v1/invoices that returns a non-error response (including ACCEPTED, PENDING, DUPLICATE). Failed requests (4xx/5xx) don't count.
No. The monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Starter includes up to 5 countries of your choice. Growth and Enterprise include all countries. Enterprise adds priority support and custom onboarding on request.
Yes — a full sandbox environment is available on all plans. Use csk_test_* API keys to submit test invoices without calling any real authority. Sandbox invoices are validated and processed exactly like live invoices, but no documents are submitted to SDI, KSeF, AEAT, or any other authority.
We'll email you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Overage is billed at $0.60/invoice on Starter (over 200) and $0.20/invoice on Growth (over 5,000). Enterprise has negotiated overage rates — contact us.
Monthly plans have no lock-in. Annual plans are billed upfront and non-refundable after 30 days.
Invoice data is stored in encrypted Azure PostgreSQL in the EU West (Netherlands) region. We are GDPR compliant and offer DPAs on Growth and above.
