Request access and we'll provision your API key within 24 hours. The Starter sandbox gives you 100 live invoices to test your integration across all 8 supported countries before committing to a plan.
Each successful call to POST /v1/invoices that returns a non-error response (including ACCEPTED, PENDING, DUPLICATE). Failed requests (4xx/5xx) don't count.
No. The monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
All plans include all 8 supported countries (IT, PL, ES, PT, FR, DE, RO, HU). Enterprise adds custom country integrations on request.
A sandbox environment is on our roadmap (Q3 2026). Today, use real test invoices with test VAT numbers — no real documents are submitted when using ck_test_ API keys.
We'll email you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Overage on Starter and Growth is billed at $0.05 per invoice above the limit. Enterprise has no overage — contact us.
Monthly plans have no lock-in. Annual plans are billed upfront and non-refundable after 30 days.
Invoice data is stored in encrypted Azure PostgreSQL in the EU West (Netherlands) region. We are GDPR compliant and offer DPAs on Growth and above.
